This position offers an hourly rate of £22.45 per hour via an umbrella company. With a flexible 37-hour working week, you will enjoy flexibility in your start and finish times. Allocations & Lettings Officer – Housing Association – About The Role: Allocate and manage properties, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for tenants and organizations. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Utilize advertising and marketing strategies to promote vacant properties and attract suitable applicants. Facilitate property viewings and guide prospective tenants through the application process. Handle administrative tasks including drafting tenancy agreements, managing rent payments, and maintaining accurate records. Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate maintenance work, and promptly address tenants' maintenance requests. Allocations & Lettings Officer – Housing Association – What You Need: Previous experience in property allocations, lettings, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
