Together, we're shaping a future of growth and innovation About the role: Our Buying and Account Mgt team drive success by building strong relationships and loyalty with retailers and publishers through proactive account management. Below is a snippet of some of the duties involved in this role. Negotiate with publishers, wholesalers, and distributors to achieve ambitious commercial targets, while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to secure funding and exceed customer expectations. Play a pivotal role in transformative projects that enhance service delivery and streamline processes, all while aligning with wider team efforts to achieve company objectives. Uncover exciting opportunities to grow revenue and expand partnerships with both existing and new customers fuelling growth and innovation. Your going to need Demonstrated success in commercial buying role/ account management, preferably in the newstrade, publishing or and magazine industries with a proven track record in driving growth, up-selling, and customer retention Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to establish rapport and credibility at all levels Ability to think strategically, analyse market dynamics and identify growth opportunities within a set portfolio Excellent verbal and written communicator - abundance of confidence and active listening skills, able to clearly articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner Data and detail oriented, with advanced excel capability and able to use insight to surface new opportunities. Able to adapt to ever changing circumstances, comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity and excited by fast-paced growth Outstanding influencing skills with a commercial mindset ability to turn problems into solutions.
