As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the NEC Console and NPS Housing systems. This includes managing data related to operatives' availability and job allocations, coordinating rubbish collections, and providing administrative support to team members. You will assist Contracts Managers with workload planning, supplier and sub-contractor relationships, and managing customer service inquiries. Your role involves continuously monitoring and reviewing performance delivery, making real-time adjustments to work diaries to maximize resource utilization. Additionally, you will ensure high levels of customer care, handle complaints and service failures, and adhere to financial and procedural constraints while complying with Data Protection, Freedom of Information, and Health and Safety legislation. Promoting energy efficiency and supporting the development of energy-efficient practices are also key aspects of the role.
