My client is seeking an Electrical Engineer. This role requires a proactive approach, strong teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Flexibility to provide emergency support around the clock and undertake overtime when necessary is essential. Key Requirements: A recognised qualification in electrical engineering (minimum ONC level or equivalent) with at least three years' experience in facilities management or building services. In-depth understanding of Health & Safety practices, including risk assessments and COSHH guidelines. Strong proficiency in software applications such as MS Word and Excel, along with effective verbal and written communication skills. Primary Responsibilities: Complete reactive maintenance tasks assigned through the Help Desk, ensuring adherence to company standards and timely responses. Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work promptly and in line with company procedures. Track and maintain site inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless site operations.
