Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the whole Marketing Team to deliver the marketing plan.
* Uploading and maintaining content on the company website such as blog posts, documents, employee bios, and photos, using the content management systems (EPiServer & Umbraco).
* Building email communications within our email marketing platform.
* Assisting with event management as required, including supporting the Events Planner with on-site activities (e.g., stand set-up, manage the registration desk, clear down, etc.) and assisting with all the digital elements (e.g., build digital invitations and online RSVP forms and monitor responses).
* Helping to create and upload social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn and Instagram).
* Assisting with ordering and distribution of company-branded merchandise via a third-party supplier.
* Managing the stock control and ordering of corporate collateral.
* Managing the distribution of corporate collateral to UK regional and international offices.
* Updating content on the firm-wide intranet (SharePoint) with a focus on events and marketing material updates.
* Assisting with the handling of firm-wide colleague queries received in the Marketing Team internal inbox.
* Logging the query.
* Handling personally and/or redirecting to the right person.
* Ensuring prompt and accurate response-handling.
* Assisting the team with accurate processing of invoices and logging spend vs. budget.
* Adhering to the marketing procedures, production and sign-off process (including a full 'job bag' for all materials and effective compliance and risk management); ensuring work adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance rules.
* Being proactive in developing your knowledge of the industry and the market; undertaking and recording relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop knowledge and skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong GCSE and A Level results.
* Graduate or equivalent.
* Desktop software skills such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Some experience with Canva, CMS or email marketing platforms desirable.
* Attention to detail.
* Natural inclination towards hands-on work.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle a number of tasks at once.
* Confident and uses initiative.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
* Working in the Marketing Team requires an interest in marketing activities.
