Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new permanent opportunity based in Sutton Coldfield. You will be working as part of a newly created team and be responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function processing up to 600 invoices on a monthly basis. Your daily duties will include:
1. Matching, batching and coding invoices
2. Processing payments
3. Reconciling supplier statements
4. Resolving queries
5. Processing expenses
6. Bank reconciliations
My client is looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk who can join the business and make this role their own. You must have strong attention to detail and be used to working in a high volume environment. Experience working with a computerised accounting system and Microsoft Excel is essential.
