The Role: Key Responsibilities
✔ Project Planning & Delivery – Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
✔ Stakeholder Management – Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
✔ Contract Administration – Overseeing JCT, NEC & bespoke contracts, ensuring compliance and best practice
✔ Risk & Value Management – Identifying risks and providing cost-effective, high-quality solutions
✔ Programme Management – Developing and monitoring project timelines, ensuring successful execution
✔ Procurement & Tendering – Managing contractor selection, tender processes, and procurement strategies
✔ Financial Oversight – Monitoring budgets, cash flow, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring projects align with industry standards, policies, and best practices
What You Need
✅ Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
✅ Professional membership with RICS, APM, CIOB (or working towards it)
✅ Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, and bespoke construction contracts
✅ Experience using project management software and digital tools
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
