They are entering the hypercar market with their debut model in 2025. Role Overview: As the Sales Director/ Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of their debut hypercar. Your responsibilities will include generating and converting leads from your curated black book of contacts, attending global events, fostering high-value customer relationships, and working collaboratively with marketing to align sales strategies. You will also manage sales operations, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining long-term relationships with our elite clientele. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively create and nurture leads through attendance at luxury automotive events, high-profile networking, and most importantly self-driven activities. Sales Execution: Convert leads into sales by presenting compelling value propositions to potential customers and securing build slot commitments. Global Travel: Travel with the car to key markets and events across multiple continents to showcase the vehicle and build relationships with prospective buyers. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement lead-generation strategies, leveraging insights to improve sales outcomes. Customer Relationship Management: Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, acting as the primary touchpoint for high-net-worth customers. Sales Leadership: Oversee sales progress for the debut hypercar through its build slot completion phase, setting the foundation for sales of future models. Operational Planning: Align sales strategies with the company’s roadmap, supporting the transition to production in 2026/2027. Candidate Requirements: Experience: An existing network of potential high-net-worth clients is essential. Proven track record in a commercial role within the high-end luxury goods/services. Familiarity with the hypercar market or high-performance vehicles is a strong advantage. ● Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to generate leads independently and deliver results. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work flexible hours, often beyond the usual scope. ● Attributes: Willingness to travel extensively.
