About the Organisation: A market-leading nationwide supplier specialising in non-mechanical plant, equipment sales and hire, and construction supplies. Key Responsibilities: Proactively sell to new (60%) and existing customers (40%) Follow up on weekly inbound customer enquiries Demonstrate excellent customer service for internal and external clients Develop market growth through specifier and end-user conversion Maintain efficient sales order entry using CRM system Achieve sales targets, call rates, meeting quotas and KPIs Support new product development initiatives Conduct customer meetings as required Monitor customer activity and report to senior management Gather and report competitive intelligence The Package and Work Pattern: Job Type: Permanent Location: Bedford or surrounding area (within a commutable distance of my clients office) Working Hours: Full-time Package Details: Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic (OTE £80,000), currently being attained by the top billers.
