OurEMEA Product Market Growth team is seeking an Associate ProductManager to contribute to the regional and globalinitiatives.
In this role you will be part of theteam that drives the implementation of the product strategy andinitiatives within your assigned Pod and Market working with teamsfrom across the region. You will have an inquisitive mindset thatallows you to ask the right questions and complete analysis toassist with the initiatives you are working on with a strong focuson delivering value.

KeyResponsibilities
ProductStrategy
Assist in defining anddeveloping an innovative product roadmap aligned with the companyvision whilst assisting with current in progressinitiatives.
Contribute to identifying andassessing growth opportunities in alignment with businessgoals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders todefine product strategy and provide regularupdates.
Challenge and work with the team toensure intiatives are delivering value for the company clients andcustomers.
Focus on customer and how eachinitiative can affect them and theirexperiences
ProductExecution
Support the ongoingmanagement of outcomefocused product roadmaps based on thecompanyvision.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teamspartners and clients for product launches anddeliverables.
Contribute to discovery workshopswith partners clients and customers to ensure what we aredelivering is what is wanted and gives value.
Contribute to the creation of business requirements documents andfunctional specifications.
Assist in definingnew features functionality and services aligned with customer needsand business goals.
Assist with delivering quickto market test and learn experiments to gain understandings priorto a full productbuild.
DataDriven and Customer Centric
Collaborate with businesspartners to understand initiative outcomes and if the goals havebeen hit or missed
Assist with analysingperformances of initiative using data sources and driving growththrough datadriven experiments and a testandlearnapproach.
Measure initiativelevel outcomes andconnect them to key metrics for businesssuccess.
Influencing
Communicate progress to the widerEMEA teams and stakeholders and supply reports to supportprogress.
Ensuring all parties are kept up todate concerns are noted and analysed to ensure a good workingrelationship across the EMEA region

Knowledgeskills and experience required
Entrylevel experience in product management.
Basic data analysis skills.
Exposure to dataanalysis
