Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
2. Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating the best purchase package, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
3. Leveraging strong sourcing skills to identify and directly source goods from Manufacturers.
4. Handle the procurement of non-stock materials tailored to customer requirements.
5. Assisting with tender pricing and ensure all quality assurance requirements, such as data sheets, HS codes, and test certificates, are met.
6. Ensuring compliance with company and client quality management systems.
7. Resolving customer problems or queries efficiently and contributing to a smooth sales office operation.
8. Maintaining component, standard cost, and leading time within internal systems.
9. Working within a dynamic department, meeting demanding targets and tight deadlines.
10. Dealing with invoice queries and support continuous improvement initiatives.
