We are looking for therapists with a comprehensive understanding and experience in a range of holistic therapies. With strong intuition and an empathetic nature, you will be guest-focused and able to ascertain what each guest needs during their journey. Responsive and adaptable, you will deliver bespoke treatments tailored to the individual. Successful candidates will have a passion for learning and personal growth, and be aligned with the company's ethics and policies around wellbeing, sustainability, and working together as one team.
As spa therapists, you will:
* Work in a guest-focused manner in a professionally informal style, leaving guests feeling hosted and held.
* Deliver bespoke treatments tailored to the individual guest.
* Have a one team approach with a focus on building long-lasting and meaningful relationships.
* Ensure that treatments run as scheduled with all necessary feedback and client consent forms being completed in full.
* Be aligned with the company ethics and policies around wellbeing, sustainability, and the environment.
* Embrace the company’s house products and encourage effective home-care advice.
* Follow all spa cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
* Be flexible in their working patterns and shifts regarding weekends and evenings as plans and schedules do often change in the hotel environment.
Qualifications:
* Level 3 Massage/Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification.
* Experience or demonstrative knowledge of a range of holistic therapy treatments and techniques.
Key Skills:
* Excellent listening and communication skills.
* Empathetic and intuitive in all guest interactions.
* Have a passion for learning, supported by our development program.
