They are currently seeking a part-time, diligent, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team in Ipswich! You will be responsible for accurately recording all company expenditures, including purchases, invoices, and sales, to provide precise information on company outgoings for account filing purposes.
Day-to-Day Duties:
1. Reconciling bank accounts
2. Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments
3. Completing VAT returns
4. Managing financial paperwork

What We're Looking For.
We are looking for someone with practical experience using Xero, strong numerical aptitude, the ability to work quickly and accurately, excellent concentration, and attention to detail. Additionally, the ability to meet deadlines, proficient computer skills particularly with databases and financial software, and an honest, discreet, and trustworthy individual. It is essential that you are a driver and have access to a vehicle.
