What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a full-time, permanent class teacher for our KS1 class from April 2025. We are a small school with four, mixed age classes.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is organised, reliable and loves teaching;
• Can support our Christian ethos and values;
• Can establish and maintain good relationships with children, colleagues and families;
• Has high expectations for children's learning;
• Understands the unique rewards and challenges of working in a small school;
• Has high standards of professional conduct and personal integrity.
