We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting project deadlines. This role requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Analyse data to identify trends, forecast needs, and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
Demonstrate phone etiquette when interacting with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional representation of the organisation.
Upsell services or products where appropriate, contributing to overall business growth.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
Support multilingual communication efforts by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Confident telephone manner and email etiquette)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and multitask as required
Proven experience working within a shared inbox
Strong analytical and maths skills
Experience liaising with engineers and suppliers to prepare quotes and submit for approval
Ability to work independently, seeing a job through from scheduling to completion
Strong IT literacy and experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Previous remote working experience (fast internet connection is essential)
