We are excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time EYFS Practitioner at a well-regarded primary school in Bexley. This is a fixed-term position for the remainder of the academic year, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the development of young children. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging, child-centered lessons in line with the EYFS framework, encouraging creativity and active learning.
* Observe children’s development and use these observations to assess progress, plan activities, and set learning targets for individual children.
* Provide a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that supports the emotional, social, and academic growth of all children.
* Foster positive relationships with children, supporting their development of independence, self-confidence, and social skills.
* Collaborate with other practitioners to create an inclusive learning environment where children feel valued and respected.
* Maintain clear communication with parents and carers, ensuring they are kept informed of their child’s progress.
* Contribute to the overall success of the school’s EYFS setting, participating in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience working with children in an EYFS setting.
* A good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
* Passionate about early years education and providing children with a strong foundation for their future learning.
