Summary:
A4G are looking for a part-qualified accountant with at least three years’ experience in practice to join our ambitious and driven team as a Trainee Client Manager. The role will include being responsible for the delivery of advice, support and compliance work for clients, reviewing work completed by junior staff and supporting the development of the junior team. The role offers progression to manage your own portfolio of clients and in the longer term the prospect of further growth development into niche tax or accounting roles and opportunities to sign up clients of your own.

Attributes required:
* Keen interest in delivering excellent customer service to clients
* Desire to be hands on helping and communicating with Clients
* Experience and knowledge of completion of tax returns, preparing management accounts, and statutory accounts
* Experience reviewing work in these areas: Tax returns, Accounts and Bookkeeping
* Ability to work to deadlines under pressure and be dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated
* Effective at delegating tasks to more junior members of staff
* Excellent IT skills and experience of using accounting packages such as Xero, Iris, Sage and QuickBooks
* Personable with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualifications and Experienced required:
* Part-qualified with either ACCA or ACA
* Minimum of three years of accounting practice experience
