Opportunity
* Full scope to apply both breadth and depth of professional Learning and Development knowledge with the potential to gain early and sustained credibility across the organisation. This is a consultancy that is agile and welcomes creativity and innovation - candidates will enjoy the freedom to deliver without the constraints of a larger company ‘way of doing things’.
* Catalyst, change agent and leading consultant role identifying learning needs for clients and translating these into ‘best in class’, and bespoke learning and coaching solutions.
* Creation of high performing and collaborative client teams, enabling them to win and deliver exciting major infrastructure projects globally.
* International travel - partnering with clients (especially in North America) in-person at least one week per month.
Experience and Skills
* Subject Matter Expert and proven Consultant within Learning and Talent/Organisational Development – accustomed to highly commercial and high change environments.
* Familiarity with Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure large scale project delivery and (ideally) bid management to enable candidates to provide impactful strategic advice to clients, and an SME for collaboration strategy.
* Experience in designing high quality and creative blended learning, training, mentoring and coaching programmes. Able to create and deliver thoughtful and energising learning content.
* Experienced in impactful coaching methods, encompassing all levels of seniority. An individual or team coaching qualification would be ideal.
* Strong relationship building, stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Gravitas, poise and professionalism in all circumstances.
* Strategic mindset - able to design, scope and pitch ideas and projects to enable clients to excel and maximise their ROI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A strong and ‘hands on’ project manager, able to manage conflicting priorities and workstreams and must be self-driven to complete tasks individually or in a team environment.
* Self-sufficient, authentic, and emotionally intelligent. Strong leadership skills.
* A sense of fun, energy and ambition - a passion for excellence, improving team performance and maximising client satisfaction.
Location
This role is based in the City of London 3-4 days per week
