As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems. We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our finance team in the UK (London-based). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, ensuring compliance with UK tax laws, managing intercompany transactions, treasury and account reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile general ledger accounts, intercompany balances, and bank statements Jornal uploads, including processing vendor invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payments Review financial statements in compliance with IFRS Ensure compliance with VAT, CIT, and payroll tax requirements in the UK Assist in monthly and quarters closing processes, including preparing accruals and provisions. Monitor and manage cash flow, including preparation of cash forecasts. Support audits by preparing reconciliations, documentation, and responding to inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate expense and cost allocations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Minimum 5 years' Accounting or bookkeeping experience in the United Kingdom Registered with ICAEW Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, IFRS, and local Tax regulations Strong exposure to consolidations would be highly advantageous Accounting experience within Engineering industry/Professional Services would be highly advantageous Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines Why join us?
