We are looking to recruit a Trainer for our Operations team, this is a pivotal role, you will be expected to deliver high class induction programmes to our new joiners in our in-house call centre.

Key responsibilities:
* To deliver engaging and effective training programmes - on site as well as virtual
* Delivery of Operational training both for new starters and existing staff around our products, processes as well as refresher training as required
* Perform a supporting role alongside Operational staff supervising new joiners whilst they are buddying
* Deliver coaching and support with timely feedback
* Undertake training needs analysis
About you:
* Proven success in the coaching, development and training needs of staff and experience in design, delivery and review of training material
* Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
* Highly organised, confidential and performance driven;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as influencing and negotiation skills;
