KeyResponsibilities:
1. Introducelarge levypaying employers to the company s range of trainingservices effectively communicating opportunities to relevantstakeholders anddecisionmakers.
2. Engage inpartnership development and account management aligning withcompany policies and collaborating with organisations to supportgrowth and financial goals.
3. Presentthe company s seamless plugin Learning and Development servicesthrough appropriate communicationmethods.
4. Achieve strategic businessobjectives for revenue learners and client accounts while adheringto corporate social responsibilitypolicies.
5. Collaborate with theSenior Management Team to develop and implement strategicdevelopment plans within the salesdivision.
6. Take responsibility forpartnership development account management and performancemonitoring ensuring financial targets aremet.
7. Deliver highquality services toall clients reflecting the company s customercentricapproach.
8. Develop and diversify thecompanys apprenticeship offerings and design commercial programsthat meet client needs.
9. Regularlyupdate the company CRM system to track activity contract successlearner enrolment and retentionrates.
10. Build and maintain links withkey national and local partner organisations to ensure trainingoffers are aligned with employer and learnerneeds.
11. Collaborate with internalteams to ensure systems and processes create a safe supportivelearning environment. Ensure all safeguarding protocols arefollowed.
12. Complete administrativetasks and provide documentation asrequired.
13. Liaise with colleaguesacross departments to support sharedgoals.
14. Adopt and promote the companys cultural pillars to maintain a positive workingenvironment.
15. Support staffdevelopment activities including identifying training needs foremployees across theorganisation.
16. Actively promote equalopportunities policies.
