If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for property marketing, we want to hear from you Your Role at a Glance: As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations, playing a key role in launching and promoting our developments. From pre-launch buzz to project completion, you’ll coordinate marketing and sales support materials, manage online portals, and ensure seamless brand presence across multiple platforms. What You'll Be Doing: ✅ Coordinating marketing activities for new developments in line with sales strategies and budgets ✅ Managing marketing materials – including brochures, websites, signage, CGI renders, adverts, social media content, and more ✅ Overseeing the setup of stunning sales offices and show homes, including interior design, signage, and landscaping ✅ Supporting digital marketing strategies and ensuring all online platforms, including Rightmove and WhatHouse, are up-to-date ✅ Conducting market and competitor research to keep Hill ahead of the game ✅ Managing photography and videography for pre-launch promotions, international sales, and ongoing marketing efforts ✅ Coordinating PR campaigns, social media storytelling, and advertising to elevate the Hill brand ✅ Ensuring all marketing activities stay within budget while maximizing impact ✅ Supporting international sales exhibitions and logistics What Success Looks Like: Impactful marketing launches that attract attention and drive sales Seamless coordination of all marketing materials, ensuring high-quality brand representation Engaging social media stories that connect with our audience Well-managed budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and maximum ROI Flawless online presence, with regularly updated websites, portals, and digital campaigns Strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver outstanding marketing execution What You Bring to the Table: A relevant marketing qualification (preferred) Experience in property marketing (ideal but not essential) A passion for brand storytelling, social media, and PR A proactive, results-driven approach with an eye for detail Budget management skills to maximize marketing impact Strong communication skills – both written and verbal The ability to stay cool under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment Why Join Hill?
