You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team helps us improve the efficiency, quality, and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develops new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.
About the role
Responsible for ensuring inventory availability across the distribution centre network to fulfil European customer orders. Also accountable for working capital results for inventory cost and coverage levels, working with production plants and co-packers to coordinate productions, transits, and arrivals. Define plans with Marketing & Sales to avoid write-off risks of obsolete inventory. Strong leadership to manage customer service relationships to coordinate availability and risks.
Your Responsibilities
1. Accountable for Master Planning for SKUs for Health Business. Ensuring all SKUs are properly maintained in SAP SNP to provide proper visibility to the different supply sources.
2. Monitoring and controlling inventory coverage and deployment across RB distribution Network for Health Business.
3. Providing product availability status to the Customer Service Team to guarantee service levels to customers.
4. Contributing to Working Capital Balance and Write-Off Management.
5. Actively participating in Supply Review processes to provide proper visibility to internal customers.
6. Supporting innovation projects related to Supply Planning.
Ensuring 100% availability of products to fulfil customer orders. Managing working capital (inventory). Managing obsoletes and avoiding write-off costs. Working with customer service, plants, and distribution centres to plan inventory deployment.
The Experience We’re Looking For
1. Previous experience in an FMCG company in supply planning using SAP (SNP).
2. Strong analytical skills and data management knowledge.
3. Advanced Excel skills.
4. Communication & collaboration skills with commercial areas.
