Role Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery of technology-focused projects involving physical installations and events. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to manage project progress, budgets, and timelines. Utilise project management tools to plan and allocate resources, setting clear deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery. Work closely with the technical team to scope, test, and deliver software and hardware solutions. Manage client communications, provide updates, and handle change requests effectively. Oversee logistics, including hardware purchasing, transport bookings, and team travel arrangements. Coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Report on project budgets and accounting to ensure financial targets are met. Propose and implement improved systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
