Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Reporting Analyst to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. This hybrid position is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading public sector health organisation in Belfast, providing essential reporting and analytical support.
The ideal candidate will have experience with reporting tools in Oracle ERP or HCM systems and will play a pivotal role in generating and managing actionable reports to support organisational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate, maintain, and distribute accurate and timely reports using Oracle ERP, HCM, or other related systems.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure they are met effectively.
* Analyse data trends and provide insights to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within reports by performing regular quality checks.
* Support the development of reporting dashboards for executive leadership.
* Train and support internal users in interpreting and utilising reports effectively.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data governance and organisational policies.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, or similar enterprise reporting systems.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Proficiency in creating and managing detailed reports and dashboards.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working in a public sector or healthcare environment.
* Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Understanding of data governance and compliance regulations.
