Job summary
We are looking for a HR Manager to join a great team dedicated to improving workplace experience for all and to implementing our Improvement Plan. The post holder will form part of the HR Advisory Team as well as being an integral part of the management team within the service they support. Reporting to the Head of HR, and with the support of the wider HR & OD Team, the role is responsible for the delivery a high quality, customer focused and professional HR service that seeks to drive forward continuous improvement with performance against all workforce key performance indicators, and to ultimately improve the services we provide to our community. Main duties of the job
The main duties of the job include:
* Management of employee relations with a strong focus on organisational learning and restorative practise
* Acting as a Business Partner and an advocate for change, working with services to drive forward improvements
* Driving forward employment policy development so we continue to be an outstanding place to work
* Design and delivery of line manager skills training, in order to develop line manager capability
* Undertaking all duties with a strong commitment to staff engagement and partnership working
