Job Summary
"We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
"The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the store team, providing coaching and supervision to Customer Team Members, and deputising for the Store Manager when required. They will also be responsible for delivering great customer service, performing a wide range of tasks around the store, and ensuring that the store remains safe, legal and fully operational.

"To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. A genuine care for the needs of customers and members is essential, as well as a desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership skills.
