The Role
They are looking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic specialist of Drama (MPS/UPS) to teach across all Key Stages, (including A Level). The post available is a part-time permanent position (0.8FTE), but candidates who wish to work full-time are still encouraged to apply for the post and to indicate this on their application form. This position would suit either an Early Career or Experienced Teacher.

Skills and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status
Relevant A level qualification at a good grade
Good honours degree or equivalent
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the KS£ Curriculum programme of study
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the course requirements for GCSE and A level
An understanding of the role of assessment and pupil tracking systems in raising standards
ICT competent
Evidence of good pupil management and discipline
A commitment to achieving high standards and evidence where this has been achieved
Excellent organisational and planning skills
