Legal Administrator Scanning documents onto the case management system. Contacting solicitors to provide draft contracts and initiate searches. Collating plans for properties. Assisting clients in supplying compliance. Assisting clients with completing initial forms and preparing draft contracts. Dealing with post completion registration. Taking telephone messages and liaising with clients as appropriate. Creating, editing, and formatting various documents including letters, emails, court documents and others. Opening mail and circulating to the relevant person. At least 12 months’ legal work experience. Can-do attitude and positive approach. Hard working. Organised, methodical and detail oriented. Happy working as part of a team.
