We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care team at HMP Moorland, a men's category C prison and young offender institution located in South Yorkshire. There will be a requirement to cover their other two sites when required at HMP The Lakes and HMP Hatfield, all within close proximity.
Free parking at all sites, low turnover of staff at these sites, wellbeing days, strong relationships and partnerships.
Hours
Working 37.5 hours a week ideally 8-4pm, no weekend working but there could be very occasional requirement. These hours can be worked across 4 longer shifts or over 5 days.
Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £55,996 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Primary Care Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams, a team of 12.
* Deputise on behalf of the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required.
* Work closely with partners to maintain a robust, high-quality clinical service for patients. Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role.
* Model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence.
* As Clinical Lead you will coach, line manage and develop clinician staff; support and contribute in undertaking audits and governance and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical/non-clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site.
* Chair and facilitate specific healthcare meetings with the team and different partners, provide clinical supervision (training available) and carry out investigations locally and for the wider region.
