We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverage Management team, to continue to provide a great guest experience and support the daily operations of our various outlets. What will this role entail? This is a hands-on role, responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of front of house food & beverage services throughout a number of outlets across the business. You’ll ensure that an outstanding customer experience is provided for all our guests, maintaining high standards, and optimizing opportunities to generate income. Key duties will include: Ensuring the smooth running of the daily operation of our F&B outlets. Ensuring all units are opened, operated and closed to department standards. Supporting the delivery of staffing plans and schedules and focusing on key efficiencies. Ensuring compliance with all H&S and other legal requirements. You’ll be line managing the Front of House service team, including recruiting, coaching and mentoring. Providing excellent guest service and resolving any escalated issues. What will I need to be considered for this vacancy? Proven experience working in a fast paced hospitality environment. Great guest care skills People management experience. Your contract This is a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week. Working hours will vary over a 7 day rota basis, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required. The earliest start time is 8am, and the latest finish time is 8pm, varying in accordance with opening times. The salary is circa £28,000.
