This role offers excellent flexibility for hybrid working arrangements. About the Role As a Company Secretarial Manager, you will: Advise on company secretarial matters. Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure smooth department operations. Oversee statutory registers and ensure compliance. Collaborate on SEIS and EIS applications. Handle complex corporate actions and filings. Assist with amendments to articles of association and filings. Prepare dividend paperwork and basic forms. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Collaborate on client onboarding and KYC reviews. Build relationships with stakeholders. The ideal Company Secretarial Manager candidate will have: Strong technical expertise in a company secretarial role. Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm ideally legal or accountancy arena ICSA Fellow or equivalent qualification. Good understanding of company secretarial administration and the Companies Act 2006. Excellent compliance knowledge around client onboarding, AML, and KYC. Proficiency in relevant software and advanced Excel skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Commercial mindset with flexibility and professionalism.
