We are hiring for a new Senior Business Development Manager to join us on our journey.
About the Senior Business Development Manager role
The Senior Business Development Manager plays an important role in the success of the Agency and is responsible for adding new clients to our wonderful collection of brilliant brands.
In the Senior Business Development Manager role you will:
1. Work closely with our Associate Commercial Director to create bespoke new business plans to achieve your sales target
2. Consistently add new sales prospects to your pipeline using our sales prospecting methodology
3. Handle inbound sales opportunities and referrals from our network of partners
4. Establish a good relationship with your points of contact and decision makers at your prospects brands
5. Proactively manage your sales pipeline and multiple opportunities simultaneously
6. Deliver unignorable presentations and pitches
7. Work closely with your colleagues in our services teams to present the right solution to your prospects
8. Work closely with your colleagues in the demand generation team to support their activities to deliver new sales opportunities to you and the sales team
9. Understand the market trends and innovations that can benefit brands, leveraging the Silverbean advantage.
10. Build your knowledge of our services so you can talk to your prospects with confidence and authority
11. Manage your sales target including your pipeline, forecasting and reporting on these opportunities
Basic pay for the role is between £45,000 and £55,000 with the successful candidate for this role having a realistic OTE of £100,000.

12. They have have a background in selling B2B service solutions, for at least 3 years
13. A track record of selling directly to Business Leaders and their teams
14. A proven track record in consultative selling with sales cycles of 3-6 months

The Application Process
The application process consists of an initial 30 minute telephone interview where we can get to know each other better and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. You will then have a chance to meet the team and, if successful, you’ll be given a role specific task to prepare for your second interview and asked more technical questions relating to the role
