You will be working for a multi-academy trust based in Preston. Currently, the trust has over 10 schools, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and students. The trust is committed to expanding its reach and aims to grow to 20 primary schools and 3 secondary schools. Your new role
You will be a senior IT Technician based in a high school and will be supporting 5 primary schools as well. This includes phone support and on-site support. You will be working with the IT business partner and central team to provide day-to-day operational support. You will be responsible for the delivery of IT services to the trust to facilitate effective learning and cyber-safe work environments for pupils and staff.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to have a qualification in IT and experience working as an IT support service in the education sector. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
