About the role
As a Project Officer, you will be working as part of a small team responsible for delivering big projects! This is an exciting, fixed term contract opportunity to join a team that is responsible for driving forward Accreditation projects and enabling the Business School to realise its goal of becoming triple crown accredited, joining the top 1% of Business Schools in the world!
About you
You will be responsible for:
* End-to-end project management, managing and delivering multiple projects varying in size and requirements.
* Providing up to date and accurate information, advice, data and guidance to colleagues, external stakeholders and consultants.
* Managing the collection, indexing and preparation of all materials and evidence for the accreditation process.
* Coordinating the logistics and organisation of Peer Review visits, including travel, accommodation, catering, scheduling, document preparation, building preparation and other tasks as appropriate.
* Building relationships with colleagues and suppliers to help drive forward projects, creating synergy across the School.
* Proactively engaging with tasks within the department.
You will have a keen eye for detail, and be able to develop comprehensive project plans, self-managing your time and that of the people involved in the project delivery to ensure all deadlines are met and the projects are delivered successfully. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
