Support the development of digital Clinical Safety Cases in partnership with the Trust Digital Clinical Safety Officer and contribute to the ongoing management of the safety of these products in line with hazard logs, incident reporting, and clinical safety requirements. Work with services to implement, support the adoption and optimisation of M365, including the use of SharePoint, MS Copilot - AI based technology, and the new EPR as the digital subject matter expert. The post holder will act in a supportive capacity and work with the wider digital team to develop and improve organisational performance in relation to clinical records, data quality and data informed decision making. Identifying, creating and presenting reports The post holder will act as a specialist resource to challenge existing practices and ensure progressive solutions, which consider evidence-based practice, national guidelines, and emerging/new models of care/best practice. The post holder will support the implementation and development of informatics and digital health tools to enhance the delivery of high-quality care through project leadership and workstream attendance. The post holder will be integral to the on-going development and practical training of digital clinical capabilities and digital clinical safety within the divisions. Develop and maintain relationships with EPR suppliers, as appropriate, to support partnering with the Trust and their input into digital delivery. The post holder will work with divisional services to develop safety practices which support business as usual and ongoing use of technology - acting as a subject matter expert as required. Manage their own professional development, keeping up to date with registration requirements and documentation requirements and ensure best practice is promoted within the EPR. Supporting the development of a digital response to divisional health and care priorities. Utilising data gathered from the new EPR to identify and evidence areas of improvement.Engages with services through workshop facilitation and working alongside operational teams to lead digital transformation and improvements. Identify project and customer relationship risks and escalate to the EPR and M365 oversight groups via the Digital Clinical Leads as appropriate. The post holder will be expected to work out-of-hours on occasion according to the demands of EPR and M365. Many projects have key activities such as testing or go live which are carried out at evenings or weekends and the post holder is expected to be flexible in their work arrangements to suit this requirement. Work with the digital training team and communications teams to develop resources and deliver workshops, face to face floor walking support, and training sessions.
