Teaching Personnel is looking for a confident, motivated individual to join local schools as a Teaching Assistant. No prior experience? No problem! You’ll receive all the training you need while on the job. If you're passionate about education and eager to make a difference, this role could be perfect for you. You’ll be supporting both students and teaching staff, helping create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Follow the school’s safeguarding policies to ensure a safe learning environment.
* Create and maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that supports student development.
* Be flexible and responsive to the varying needs of students.
* Assist teachers and staff with daily classroom tasks and educational activities.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families, offering emotional and social support where needed.
Training and Development:
As part of the role, you’ll be enrolled in a Level 2 Child Safeguarding course through Teaching Personnel before starting. Plus, you'll have access to numerous ongoing professional development opportunities, often at no cost or at a discounted rate.
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS check (we’ll help you with the process)
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* Two professional references from the past 24 months
* Level 2 Safeguarding (provided by us)
