An exciting new administrative role has become available working for a well known company based in Bilborough.
Your duties will include:
–Communicating with service users and prescribers whilst complying with departmental processes and procedures (using the ELMS system for sales order processing, service user account creation, client searches etc)
–Processing incomplete sales orders and stock query investigations
–Making sure that the delivery, collection and maintenance confirmation/posting routines are completed when needed
–Dealing with customer complaints and telephone queries whilst ensuring that filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team leader.
