As an Internal Sales Executive for Majors, we are looking for individuals who can build and maintain customer relationships whilst assisting the business to drive growth and profitability.
You will be responsible for:
* Building excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement.
* Providing, selling, and negotiating product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
* Generating new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
* Having conversations with customers around a solution/product area.
* Offering recommendations to enhance the value proposition by collecting information from the customer to understand the business requirements.
* Developing partner relationships (incl. account planning, cross-selling, etc.).
* Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX.
* Managing customer backorders along with specialist knowledge.
* Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers.
* Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.
* Proactively developing relationships with key internal and external contacts.
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in Account Management or Sales.
* A self-starter.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to build customer relationships and an excellent telephone manner.
* Goal-oriented with an appetite to succeed.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
