About the Role As a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), you’ll play a key role in inspecting, assessing, and estimating vehicle damages, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards. Your expertise will help us maintain our strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections to assess the extent of vehicle damage. Create precise and comprehensive estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Audatex). Coordinate with customers, insurers, and technicians to streamline communication and ensure a smooth repair process. Ensure estimates adhere to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and keeping clients updated throughout the repair journey. Oversee the repair process, ensuring top-tier quality control. Maintain accurate records of all assessments, estimates, and repair progress. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) within the automotive repair sector. Strong knowledge of damage assessment and repair methods. Proficiency with estimating software (Audatex or similar). Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant qualifications in vehicle damage assessment or equivalent experience.
