Customer Care Advisor You will be first point of contact for Help Desk enquiries which will relate to product information, service issues, or general installation enquiries. With an ever-increasing customer base means telephone and online queries/issues have to be dealt with in a professional and timely manner. We require the Customer Care Advisor candidate to: * Acting as the first point of contact for service desk requests via phone, email, and service desk. * Managing tickets in the service desk system, taking ownership of calls through to resolution and be proactive with all customers. * Providing a high degree of customer service for all support queries * General administrative duties, including general data input and customer database. * Arranging collections and replacements with warehouse department. * Helping in warehouse where needed.
