We have an excellent opportunity for a professional, articulate candidate to cover Front of House based in Hoddesdon. You will professionally answer and handle all incoming calls, greet visitors into the building and manage the 'info' email account, forwarding on emails to the correct person/department. Other administrative tasks will include: To answer all calls in a timely manner and route calls accordingly. Taking and forwarding messages to ensure call backs. To manage a holiday diary to ensure that calls are redirected accordingly. To professionally and warmly welcome visitors into the building. Deal with all post both inbound and outbound To maintain a high level of tidiness in the reception, guests and post room areas ensuring that all promotional material or news items on display are up to date. To action emails into the info e-mail address and distribute accordingly. Complete copy quotation requests and small amendment requests. Take credit card payments for small number of sales orders. Undertake additional tasks duties and assignments as may be required from time to time. Person Specification: Exceptional communication skills via email, telephone & face to face. Good basic IT knowledge. Previous administration / Front of House experience
