Job summary The Health and Safety Auditor/Advisor will support the promotion of a proactive Health and Safety culture throughout the PCN. This will contribute to reducing incidents, accidents, and near-miss events by providing expert health and safety advice and guidance. The role involves supporting the management of non-clinical risks, promoting the use of safe working practices, and ensuring the highest standard of professional health and safety guidance. This will help create a safe and secure environment for delivering high standards of clinical care for patients. The post-holder will primarily provide specialist advice to all employees but will also offer guidance on patient-related accidents, injuries, and safety matters in clinical environments.
