As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical services to our clients, ensuring compliance with legislative, client, and CBRE health, safety, and environmental programs. About the Role: As a Technical Supervisor, you will be the site point of contact for all technical service delivery, responsible for managing a team of technicians, and ensuring the effective execution of all maintenance work. You will be the driving force behind maximizing self-performed work, managing specialist subcontractors, and identifying business opportunities for increased scope and additional services.
