The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing : Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screening and Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates skills and suitability, and organise interviews between clients and candidates. Job Advertisements : Write and post compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates. Candidate Shortlisting : Review resumes and applications, creating a shortlist of the best candidates for client positions. Advisory Role : Advise both clients and candidates on salary expectations, market conditions, and interview techniques. Contract Negotiation : Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates on job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment. Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and strategies for attracting top talent.
