Key Responsibilities - Administer, progress, complete, and register commercial conveyancing transactions. - Conduct searches, make enquiries, and draft commercial conveyancing contracts. - Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes. - Provide administrative assistance to team members in Exeter/Taunton. - Gradually take on more complex tasks such as managing client transactions, assisting with larger sales and purchases, and drafting various legal documents.
