Applications are invited for the position of Postdoctoral Research Associate in Dynamics in the Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics. The successful applicant will join the team of Professor Holly Krieger and work on any aspect of algebraic, arithmetic or complex dynamics. The role holder will be expected to plan and manage their own research and administration, with guidance if required. They will be expected to take an active role within the research group, including assisting in the development of graduate student research skills as well as participation in and planning/delivery of seminars and conferences relating to the research area. The successful candidate will have completed (or nearly completed) a Ph.D degree in mathematics and have relevant background knowledge in arithmetic, algebraic or complex dynamics.
