We are seeking an Allocations Casework Officer for the WCR 3 Base to join our dedicated team and contribute to the efficient management and allocation of resources within the organization. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive the necessary support and assistance tailored to their specific needs. As an Allocations Casework Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing allocation requests while maintaining compliance with established policies and regulations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, social workers, and other team members, to gather relevant information and facilitate timely decision-making. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
Review and process allocation requests to ensure compliance with policies.
Conduct assessments to determine client eligibility for various services.
Collaborate with social workers and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all casework activities.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
Monitor cases to identify any changes in circumstances that may affect allocations.
Prepare and submit reports on case outcomes and trends to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field.
Experience in case management or allocations within a social services framework.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse populations.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in resource allocation.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £14.47
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
