I am currently working with a media-focused business, where I am working on expanding its operational and project management capabilities. In particular, I am looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support process optimisation and system improvements across the organisation.
The best-matched Business Analyst will have the following experience and abilities:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, and business process models.
* Knowledge of tools for business process modelling and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with media or publishing industries is a plus but not essential.
* Hybrid working 2/3 days a week in the office, Kent-based.
* Must have the right to work in the UK – No sponsorship available.
