We do this by using insightful data analysis and critical judgement skills to solve problems.On this ten-week programme, youbased within one of our core Strategy teams and from Day 1 youtake a birdeye view of our organisation whilst owning a real life business project. You will help identify new ways to improve every aspect of what we do and put forward your suggestions on how we can achieve this by the end of your internship. Great training and support from the team around you will be provided to ensure you have all the tools required for successYou will be within one of our core Strategy teams and the work could range from developing the right products that meet our customers needs, to finding innovative ways to attracting new customers, providing support and tools to help our customers manage their finances or protecting them from fraud. Alongside this, you will also be trained and developed on some coding and analytical tools - enabling you to really dig deep into the datasets.And this internship isnjust about honing your technical skills. There's plenty of scope for personal development too.
